Lerninhalt einem Kursbaustein zuordnen

Last modified by Carina Enke on 03.06.2026

Lerninhalte können in Kursbausteinen referenziert werden.

The following options are available in the course editor for assigning a learning resource to a course element:

  • Select an existing resource (Option 1)
  • Create a new resource (Option 2)
  • Import a new resource (option 3)

The options available depend on the course element type.

The following example shows a survey course element to which a resource of the ‘survey’ type has been assigned. All three options are available here.

Start the configuration for all three options as follows:

  • Open the course editor and go to the resource configuration tab. For the survey, this is the survey configuration tab.
  • Click on the ‘Select, create or import survey’ button.

The ‘Search for referenced learning content’ dialogue box opens. A page with functions to select, create, and import a test resource will open. This dialogue box provides functions for selecting, creating, and importing a resource. Choose one of the options available for the selected resource type.

Once the resource has been successfully added, you will find management options for the assigned resource in the same place.

Depending on the resource type, the following buttons are available:

  • Replace or exchange:
Click the button to replace the current resource with a different one. This will open the 'Search for referenced learning content' dialogue box, where you can select an alternative.
Note: If a resource has version control, you will also have access to newer versions. Further details on versioning can be found in the respective module descriptions.
  • Edit:
Click the button to open the resource in the editing environment. Instructions on how to use the ONYX Editor can be found in the chapter Creation of Test Content.

Information

If a newer version of a particular resource type exists, the older version can no longer be edited. The 'Edit' button is then disabled. Versioning is available for the Test and Survey resource types, for example.
