So können die Test- und Aufgabeninhalte beispielsweise allen Autoren der Plattform freigeschalten werden. Die Sichtbarkeitseinstellung kann in der Inhaltsübersicht eingesehen werden. In der Suche ermöglicht die neue Einstellung 'Öffentliche Inhalte' den Zugriff auf fremde Inhalte. Öffentliche Inhalte können angezeigt und in der Vorschau erprobt werden. Für die Weiterverwendung oder Bearbeitung sind zusätzliche individuelle Rechtefreigaben notwendig. Hierzu kann der Autor des Inhaltes per Formular kontaktiert werden.
