Users, guest lecturers, exchange students, etc. who need access to the learning platform as part of a higher education activity can apply for a standard login at the competent university computer centre.

For other colleagues, students, etc. __without any status__ at a university, it is also possible to apply for access to the learning platform OPAL.

This is done by sending the filled-in application form to the system operator BPS Bildungsportal Sachsen GmbH in the context of the service offer "Virtual Home Organisation" (VHO).

**Please note that logins might not always come free of charge:**

* When placing the order, a set-up fee of €84,00 per order and a fee of €10,00 per login, per year are due.

* Each subsequent year is considered to be a whole year, which is why a further €10,00 will be charged per login.

* All prices are subject to VAT as per statutory law.

* Invoicing takes place annually, with the ordering party receiving an invoice from the BPS Bildungsportal Sachsen GmbH.

* Per order, multiple logins can be requested. Graduation of prices is possible on request in case of larger user numbers.
