25 The operating status display lists central key components and indicates the current operating status with a coloured icon. In doing so, the system automatically checks at regular intervals whether the named service is running within typical performance parameters. This check does not, however, provide any information about the correct (content-related) function of the service.

51 All systems have a contractually agreed daily maintenance window between 4am and 5am. During this time, our services are not available as we carry out minor updates, realise the daily backup, maintain the server hardware or run data cleansing processes, for example. If maintenance is required outside this daily time window, we will coordinate this with our clients and inform them in advance in the corresponding maintenance blog.

53 If a system is undergoing scheduled maintenance, a corresponding message is displayed each time the service is called up. If a service is in a scheduled maintenance period, the red status marker is correct.
