16 Ein Benutzerkonto kann entweder über die Selbstregistrierung durch den Nutzer selbst oder durch den zuständigen Sytemadministrator angelegt werden. Über das Benutzerkonto werden Nutzerattribute gepflegt, Rollen vergeben oder bei Bedarf Passwörter zurückgesetzt.
