133 * **Use the built-in editor to create files:** The default configuration allows learners only to upload files created with external tools to the drop box. Alternatively, there is also the option to use a built-in editor to create a file directly in the learning platform. To enable this option, you need to deselect the **Trainees are only allowed to upload documents** checkbox on the **Handing in tab**.
134 * **Deactivate hand in confirmation: **By default, the learner receives a confirmation email when successfully uploading a file. This email is sent immediately after the upload. If this is not what you want, deactivate the option on the **Handing in tab**.
135 * **Set a time to view assessments or return files:** The default configuration gives learners access to the assessment information as soon as they have been assessed. The same applies to files that you place in the learners' drop boxes. If you would like to share this information with all participants simultaneously (rather than one after the other), please set a corresponding date dependency in the **Drop box** section on the** Access tab**.
