| This option allows you to create a document.
How to do that?
- Click on Create document.
| | 2. Enter the name of the document and adjust the character set if necessary. Then click on Create document. | | 3. An editor window opens. Now enter the content of the document. For further information about the formatting options in the editor window, click here. Click on Save to save the content of the document or on Save and close to save the content and complete the creation process. | | 4. When the creation process is completed, the document appears in the folder overview. You can edit files at any time, using the pencil icon. | |

| This option allows you to create a new folder in the course editor.
How to do that?
| | 2. Enter a name in the appropriate text field and click the Create folder button. | | 3. The folder is now automatically displayed in the folder overview. | |

| This option allows you to upload files from your computer.
How to do that?
| | 2. Upload the desired file by clicking the Select file button. You can also add metadata such as a title and description if necessary. | | 3. Click on Upload to complete the process. | |

Edit file | Files can be edited at any time.
How to do that?
- Click the pencil icon next to the file you want to edit.
| | 2. The editor window opens. Make your desired changes and click on Save. | |

| You can edit the metadata of a folder at any time.
How to do that?
- Select the folder whose metadata you want to edit and click on the edit metadata icon next to the folder name.
| | 2. Make your desired changes and click on Save to complete the editing process. | |

| This option allows you to save a file as an artefact.
How to do that?
- Click on the puzzle icon next to the file you want to save as an artefact.
| | 2. Follow the next steps: - Record metadata
- Indicate tags
- Record reflection
- Select folder
Optionally, enter the requested information and click on Finish. | |

| This option allows you to delete a folder.
How to do that?
- Select the folder you want to delete by ticking the checkbox next to it.
To delete all folders, enable the option Select all below the folder view. All folders will be marked with a checkmark. | | | | 3. Confirm the deletion process with Yes. | |

| This option allows you to move a folder to another location.
How to do that?
- Select the folder you want to move by ticking the checkbox next to it.
To move all folders, enable the option Select all below the folder view. All folders will be marked with a checkmark. | | | | 3. Select a location where you want to move the folder (target). Click on Move to confirm the process. | |

| Apart from moving a folder, you also have the possibility to copy a folder to another location.
How to do that?
- Select the folder you want to copy by ticking the checkbox next to it.
To copy all folders, enable the option Select all below the folder view. All folders will be marked with a checkmark. | | | | 3. Select a location where you want to copy the folder (target). Click on Copy to confirm the process. | |

| This option allows you to convert a folder to a ZIP file.
How to do that?
- Select the folder you want to convert to a ZIP file by ticking the checkbox next to it.
To convert all folders to a ZIP file, enable the option Select all below the folder view. All folders will be marked with a checkmark. | | | | 3. Enter the name of the new ZIP file in the appropriate text field. 4. Click on Zip to complete the process. | |

| This option allows you to unzip a ZIP file.
How to do that?
- Select the folder you want to unzip by ticking the checkbox next to it.
| | 2. Click on Unzip. The ZIP file is now automatically converted to a folder and displayed in the folder overview. | |
