Testing in other learning platforms

To achieve sustainability for your valuable test content, the ONYX Testsuite relies on the use of established e-learning standards. This is the prerequisite for flexible use of the ONYX Testsuite and your test content.
Take advantage of the various options to provide your test content to participants in a familiar system environment:
- IMS QTI - The standard format for your test content
All test content that you create with the ONYX Testsuite will be saved as an IMS content package that complies with the IMS QTI 2.1 specification. The IMS QTI specification is an internationally recognised standard that includes the description for the mapping of test and task content, allowing you to use your test content in all systems supporting IMS QTI 2.1. The ONYX Testsuite provides various import and export options for proprietary question and test formats. - IMS LTI - The standard interface for integrating the ONYX Testsuite into various learning platforms
The ONYX Testsuite can be used as an LTI tool provider to perform tests. For example, you may integrate an ONYX test directly into your online course of the learning platform Moodle. ONYX tests can be started and run on all LTI-capable systems. For evaluation and test analysis, detailed result and assessment views are available. - Integration as web link
Publish your test content via a simple web link, which can be directly embedded in your learning content. Decide for yourself whether to restrict access or make the exercises freely available. Even without registering as a participant, extensive statistical assessment data will be available to you. - ONYX modules and open interfaces
The ONYX Testsuite consists of various modules for creating, executing and evaluating test content. All system components have freely available, documented interfaces and can be individually configured and adjusted in terms of layout and wording. This enables the integration of the ONYX Testsuite into your existing system landscape.
