64 The correction mode can be used for small changes such as spelling corrections. No significant test contents can be changed. This means that you cannot add new tasks or change test or task options or assessments.

66 A new test version should be used if you want to change the test content significantly. You can use all editing functions and customize all execution options.

69 If the option **Correction mode** is used, no further changes in the course editor are necessary and the course element does not have to be published either. The corrected version will be displayed right away with each new test start. If, on the other hand, a **new test version** is created, it then has to be actively exchanged so that the new version is displayed to the user. As long as this is not done, the user still sees the older version when starting the resource.
