Autoren eines Kurses oder einer anderen [[Lernressource>>doc:LMS.Benutzerhandbuch OPAL.Lehren.Lerninhalte.WebHome]] können für die Teilnehmenden verschiedene **Freigabe-Einstellungen** vornehmen. Von diesen hängt es ab, ob die Ressource in der Lernplattform für andere Nutzer **sichtbar und auffindbar** ist oder ob ein bestimmter **Inhalt im Kurs sichtbar** ist bzw. ob der **Zugang zu sichtbaren Inhalten** erlaubt ist.

12 Die allgemeine Freigabe eines Kurses oder einer Lernressource wird über den **Publikationsstatus **geregelt. Für die Freigabe innerhalb eines Kurses können einfache Regeln zu** [[Sichtbarkeit und Zugang>>doc:LMS._Include Library.Course Pages.Kurshauptknoten\: Verfügbare Tabs im Editor.Sichtbarkeit und Zugriff.WebHome]] **festgelegt und frei miteinander kombiniert werden. 15 Wenn Sie einen Kurs erstellen, ist dieser zunächst **nur für Sie sichtbar** und auch die **Kursinhalte sind noch nicht öffentlich** verfügbar. Erkennbar ist dieser Status innerhalb der Kursansicht am Schlosssymbol.

Whether or not the resource is also **visible** to other users in the learning platform,** **or whether only certain **course** **content is visible**, depends on these settings, just as whether **access to visible content **is permitted.
