--In the exam workflow, the participant can be displayed this exam confirmation, including the associated exam record, at the end of the exam. The exam confirmation to be signed by the participant then only contains the checksum. By signing the exam confirmation with the checksum, the participant also confirms the content of the associated document, i. e. the exam record as well as the exam questions and answers.
