07 Create Surveys
Last modified by Carina Enke on 13.02.2024
Surveys resemble tests in their general functions and available editing options. The main difference between the two elements is their evaluability. In tests, learners’ answers are scored by comparing them to a correct solution. In survey elements, learners’ answers are only recorded, and depending on the question type, also presented and summed up in statistical evaluation.
As is the case for tests, you should ideally start with the creation of individual questions. You can then easily put together various surveys based on a set of individual questions.
In a survey, only the Question & Answer and Options sections are available for editing questions. Assessment information and all other tabs will not be displayed.
For general information on how to create surveys, refer to the help pages Create tests, Managing test content, Test procedure and Test assessment.
