131 An **exam summary** in HTML and PDF format is created upon test completion for each test and exam run. The exam summary contains all information seen and generated by the examinee during the test. In addition to the exam summary, an **assessment summary** is provided in HTML and PDF format. The assessment summary always contains all assessment information, including manual reassessments. 134 The **exam confirmation** is a printable summary page on which the learner can confirm with their signature that the checksum on this page is the same as the one stated in the exam summary. It can be activated by enabling the **Show assessment summary as printable PDF** option in the [[exam mode>>doc:LMS._Include Library.Kursseiten.Expertenmodus.WebHome||shape="rect" title="Exam mode"]]. 140 The “History Log” link in the results table records the status of the selected examination, which can be viewed by a supervisor in the examination management system during the exam. This file is only available for test runs when the Test Control function is enabled. The log is available only in the evaluation tool.

143 **All actions performed by a participant during the exam** – such as navigating the test, entering or amending answers, or submitting individual answers or the entire test – are recorded in a **separate log**. However, due to data protection reasons, this is only accessible to system administrators. In the event of reasonable suspicion, this file may be requested and viewed.
