Choice interactions provide a range of answers, from which one or more correct answers have to be selected by the participant. In addition to the classic [[choice interaction>>doc:ONYX.Erstellung von Testinhalten.Aufgabentypen.Auswahlaufgabe.WebHome]] (single and multiple choice), the task types [[hotspot interaction>>doc:ONYX.Erstellung von Testinhalten.Aufgabentypen.Hotspot.WebHome]] and [[hottext interaction>>doc:ONYX.Erstellung von Testinhalten.Aufgabentypen.Fehlertext.WebHome]] will also be available.

The following scoring methods are available for choice interactions:

* Automatic assessment:
** **All answers must be correct**
Only completely correct solutions are assessed. The participant receives the maximum points.
** **Points per answer (selected answers)**
All answers marked by the participant are assessed. Partial points will be awarded for correct answers and deducted for incorrect answers.
** **Points per answer (selected and unselected answers)**
** All answers which could be marked by the participant will be assessed. This scoring method allows for the assessment of both selected and unselected answers.

The scoring method **//All answers must be correct// **follows the right/wrong principle. If the participant solves the entire task correctly, they will be awarded the **maximum number of points**. If the task is not solved correctly, they will receive **0 points**. A choice interaction is considered completely correct if the participant selects all the answers which have been marked as correct by the author. This means, the participant should avoid selecting any answer which has not been marked as correct.
