49 The random selection allows the participant to display only part of the elements (tasks or subsections) which are contained in the section. In this way, you can store multiple, similar tasks from which one will be randomly selected. Please make sure that the tasks have equal maximum scores. Only then will it be possible to compare the test runs and to achieve the maximum number of possible test points regardless of the task arrangement.

You want each participant to be allocated an easy, a moderately difficult, and a difficult task. The tasks of the test are supposed to be chosen randomly, i.e. per test call, the tasks to be included in the test will be randomly selected from sets of comparable tasks.

61 First of all, an appropriate test structure needs to be defined. Each topic is assigned three subsections: "easy", "moderate", and "difficult". In these sections, a selection of tasks will be stored, and the **random selection **will be set to the value 1.
