KB_Lernressource.png  Tutors can add learning resources and course elements to their courses and flexibly adapt them to individual learning scenarios. Learning resources can be used to transfer, test, and assess knowledge as well as for the purpose of communicating and working together for organisational matters.

Learning resources

Learning resources are resources to support the learning process. They can either be individually created and used or integrated into courses. Learning resources are, for example, tests, resource folders, wikis, and blogs. Further information is provided in the chapter Learning resources.

Course elements

Course elements are elements that can be integrated into courses in order to provide learning content or tools. By means of their setting options, they can be individually adapted to many teaching and learning needs.

The following course elements are at your disposal:

Learners are assigned or select tasks and hand in solutions. The tutor can view and assess these solutions and return documents.

Assessments performed by the tutor, including assessments of non-digital performances (lectures, etc.), can be viewed here.

KB_Blog.png

The course element Blog contains content written by the tutor or other learners or entries from an external blog.

The course element Check List allows the tutor to create to-do lists. Learners can work their way through the list items alone or together in groups.

The course element CP Learning Content gives a clear presentation of various learning content. The pages can be structured like a book and divided into chapters.

KB_Dateidiskussion.png

The course element File Discussion allows learners to have discussions based on an uploaded file.

Sharing content

The tutor can freely configure the visibility and access to a course element. Content can, for example, be restricted by means of a date or group membership.

If a content is not visible to learners, it will not be displayed in the course menu. If a content is not accessible, in contrast, it will be displayed in the course menu, and you are provided with detailed release information. For more information, see the section Release of course content.
